Methods of Giving

You can make your gifts to The Community Chapel in a variety of forms. You will receive a receipt of your tax-deductible gifts in accordance with IRS requirements. Please let us know if you have any specific needs regarding the timing of these notifications; otherwise, you will receive the minimum summary of your gifts necessary to meet government standards.

Now you can set up your giving automatically. Simply complete the form below and choose what options work best for you. Then turn in the EFT form to the church treasurer Jerry Ramsay, place it in the offering plate, or mail it to the church office.

Cash, Checks or Money Orders can be given in three ways:


1. placed in the offering plate during Sunday worship services
2. dropped off at the Ministry Center-Office
3. mailed to The Community Chapel 122 S. Pomperaug Ave. Woodbury, CT 06798


*The Great Commission Fund finances the worldwide ministries of the C&MA, so the nearly 800 missionaries serving in 56 countries around the world can do so without having to raise their own support. As you give, you become part of the team that brings the hope of Jesus Christ to the lost. Nearly 80% of every dollar given goes directly to support international ministries, and 20% to US ministries.
